About
Helping individuals and organizations navigate transitions and thrive before, during, and after.
Change is one of the few experiences we all share. Whether navigating loss, caregiving, relationship changes, health challenges, leadership transitions, or a new season of life, transitions often leave us searching for support, understanding, and a path forward.
Belonging exists to help individuals and organizations navigate those transitions—and discover that thriving is possible before, during, and after.
Mission
To provide compassionate guidance, practical resources, and supportive community for individuals and organizations navigating significant life and leadership transitions.
Why This Matters
Change is inevitable, but navigating change can feel overwhelming. Whether experiencing grief, caregiving responsibilities, divorce, illness, retirement, leadership change, or organizational transition, people often feel isolated, uncertain, and unsure of their next steps.
My goal is to create a safe and supportive environment where individuals and organizations can process change, access resources, build resilience, and move forward with confidence and hope.
KWP
Hi, I'm Kristina, the person behind Belonging.
I help individuals and organizations navigate life's transitions with compassion, clarity, and confidence.
My passion for this work is both professional and personal. Throughout my life, I have experienced many of the transitions that shape us—grief, loss, illness, changing relationships, and unexpected life changes. I lost my father to leukemia when I was nine years old, experienced the loss of grandparents and other loved ones, navigated the end of a long-term marriage, faced a life-changing rheumatoid arthritis diagnosis in my twenties, and learned firsthand how relationships and communities can shift over time. Each experience brought challenges, questions, and opportunities for growth.
Professionally, I have spent my career in healthcare, hospice and palliative care, and nonprofit leadership, supporting individuals, families, and organizations through some of life's most significant transitions. These experiences have reinforced what I have learned personally: while we cannot always choose the changes we face, we can choose how we move through them.
Today, I bring together both my professional expertise and lived experience to help people find their footing during times of uncertainty, discover their resilience, and create a path forward.
My mission is simple:
Helping individuals and organizations navigate transitions and thrive before, during, and after.
Thank you for being here with me.
